What is the use of Zytiga 250mg Tablet?
This Tablet is used for the treatment of prostate cancer. It is only meant to be used by males. It consists of abiraterone acetate, which is an anti-androgen i.e. it blocks the production of androgen in the body. Zytiga 250mg Tablet reduces the amount of male hormone leading to the reduction in spreading and development of prostate cancer in the body. This tablet blocks CYP17 which is responsible for the production of androgens in the body of males.
