Does anyone else find the Cash App Add Cash Weekly Limit to be Inaccurate?

I understand it's a rolling 7-day limit, down to the minute. My weekly add cash limit is $7,500 but I can only add about $3,000. Do debits count toward this limit? What about cash outs on Cash App?

Customer service is also terrible. They merely copy and paste information about checking my limit in the app and adding my up transactions myself and ignore the fact that my math isn't working out.
