THE DECISION OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE CA RA ABOUT THE DEFINITION OF FORM AND CONTENT OF THE REFERENCE FOR INSTITUTIONS WISHING TO BE ACCREDITED

Guided by the 13-th article of the law “About advocates” and the affirmed by the decision of the Council of the Chamber of Advocates of RA (henceforth the Chamber) from 05.02.2013 num. 3/7-L “Order about advocates’ retraining institutions’ accreditation” and according to the 2.2 and 3.4 points claims of the “Order of accreditation for advocates’ retraining institutions”,
taking into account the necessity of affirmation of a reference form for advocates’ retraining institutions (organizations) wishing to be accredited as well as the necessity of application form definition for accredited institutions (organizations).    

DECIDED

- To define the form and content of reference presented to the Chamber by institutions (organizations) of advocates’ retraining wishing to be accredited according to appendix 1  

- To define the form and content of the application form presented to the Chamber by accredited institutions (organizations) of advocates’ retraining according to appendix 2.

REFERENCE

By this reference  ____________________________ (henceforth  Institution) assures, that in case of getting advocates’ retraining accreditation the retraining of the advocates will be realized   within the frames of topics defined by the Chairman of the CA RA and by means of lecturers corresponding to the standards affirmed by the latter.  

By this the Institution affirms that has (under its possession or usage right) the necessary area and technique for retraining realization.  

For each month before the 10-th of the following month the Institution is obliged to present to the Chamber of Advocates of RA a reference concerning the retrained advocates, noting separately the topics of retraining, the lecturers and the amount of hours.  

The Institution agrees to perform all the claims of inner legal acts of the Chamber of Advocates of RA.
