The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia has presented to a public discussion the project of the criminal legal proceedings code.  (load the  project).

Please, address your objections and suggestions to the Chamber of Advocates of RA in order to summarize them and present the common version to the Ministry of Justice of RA.
