Dear Lawyers,

We want to inform you that on the 15-th of July 2016 will start (with simultaneous watching through the internet) the realization of retraining platform.

According to the 11-th point of the new edition of the Council of the Chamber of Advocates of RA from 18.12.2014 , 35/8-L the confirmed order of lawyers’ retraining (thereafter the law) allows to take part in distant retraining only:   

  •   lawyers that are registered and work in Shirak, Lori, Tavush, Gegharkunik, Vayots Dzor and Syuinik regions.   

     • lawyers that are in other states.
     • Lawyers having difficulties of displacement caused by health problems on the basis of the decision of the Chairman of Chamber of Advocates RA.
     • the lawyers who are allowed to participate with a concrete topic at the retraining and are beforehand informed by an announcement that the retraining is going to be distant.

     Taking into account the aforementioned only lawyers who will present an application to the Chamber of Advocates of RA concerning distant retraining can participate in it, adding a document affirming the state defined in the 11-th point of the order.
