Taking into account the attempts of policeman to hinder the professional work of advocates on showing legal help to the incarcerated during the recent days  

The Chamber of Advocates of RA calls the police officers to

guarantee the citizens their right of getting legal aid that is fixed in the 64-th article of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia;

Not to hinder the professional activity of the advocates.

On finding obstacles while performing their professional duties from the police officers the lawyers can apply

-        To the Rapid Reaction committee of Advocates of RA (tel. 077 00-77-92, advocate G. Mkrtchyan).

-         To the committee of sympathy memorandum sealed between the Chamber of Advocates of RA and the Police of RA (tel. 091 43-42-10, advocate N.Harutyunyan).
