Dear advocates of Shirak region,

The International German Fund of Legal Cooperation (IRZ) and the Chamber of Advocates of the Republic ofArmenia organize a retraining lecture for the advocates of Shirak region on the topic of " The European Convention of Human Rights", that will take lace on the 10-th of Setember (On Saturday), during the time period from 10:00 to 17:00 in the Hall of "Berlin Art" hotel (address: Shirak region, Gyumri town, Hakhtanak avenue, building 25).

The retraining lecture will be conducted by an expert from Munich, an advocate, doctor Thomas Nappert, and aslo by a native expert, advocate Tigran Safaryan. The lecture will be conducted by a German-Armenian synchronous translation.
The International German Fund of Legal Cooperation (IRZ) by the Decision num. 18/14-A of the Council of the Chamber of Advocates from 22.08.2016 has been accreditated as an organization realizing advocates' retraining.
The perticipation in the mentioned lecture will be estimated for each advocate as 8 (eight) academical hours of retraining.
