The Chamber of Advocates Presented a Proposal about the Judicial Fine Defined by the Draft
21.11.2017 15:14The Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia presented a proposal to the Ministry of Justice of RA. The proposal is about the legal regulation defined by the “Judicial Code” constitutional law draft (hereinafter Draft) which imposes fine as a judicial sanction on the advocates.
