The Chamber of Advocates of RA has received the following announcement from the Representatives (coordinators) of the advocates of Tavush and Ararat regions:

ANNOUNCEMENT

“We, the advocates of Tavush and Ararat regions also join our colleagues’ announcement and demand the elimination of legal regulation envisioning imposition of fine on the advocates from the “Judicial Code of RA” draft.  We will also organize a one-day protest action by refusing to realize any defense or representation in the state bodies of Tavush and Ararat regions as a precautionary step.

The beneficiaries of our fight are our trustees.

The protest will take place 26 January, 2018”.
