Dear advocates 

Council of Europe  accredited by the Chamber of Advocates in cooperation with the Vanadzor Office of Helsinki Civil Assembly invites to participate  to one- day training within the frameworks of the  joint program  between the European Union and the Council of Europe  “Strengthening the capacity of lawyers and human rights defenders for domestic application of the European Convention on Human Rights and of the Revised European Social Charter ” on the topic Human rights and prohibition of discrimination in the context of international legal regulations and developments of national law.

 The training will take place on 19 April, 2014 in Vanadzor. It will be conducted by local experts. The training will take place in Tigran   Mets 34, Vanadzor (Cafe Jazz).

The places are limited - 30 participants.

By attending to the training each advocate will  fill 9 hours of compulsory training.

Please, register only those advocates who are sure to participate in the training.
