Today on 5 April, at Chess Academy of the Republic of Armenia a friendly tournament was organized between The Chamber of Advocates of RA and Police of RA. The adviser of foreign trades of the Chairman of the Chamber of Advocates, the head of the sports and cultural club Vrezh Khachikyan , the Head of the Department of combat and physical readiness of  the RA Police, Deputy president of “Dinamo” NGO, colonel lieutenant of Police of RA Garnik Hayrapetyan presented with an opening speech.

The organizers of the play greeted the participants and pointed that such kind of friendly meeting is organized in Armenia for the first time.During his opening speech the adviser of the Chairman of the Chamber of Advocates Vrezh Khachikyan pointed “This competition offers possibility to strengthen good relations between police and advocates which aim is to implement more effective and tolerant cooperative work in the field of legal defense and legal order maintainance and in relations of practical work from which our society will gain”. 

Colonel lieutenant Garnik Hayrapetyan greeted the participants and wished victory by the name of the Head of the Police of the RA Vladimir Gasparyan.

The play was directed by international referee Armen Nikoghosyan.The Competitors competed in Sherening style. 6 representatives were presented from each party. The team of RA Police won the team of the Chamber of Advocates   by the score of 19,5 - 16,5 in uncompromising  struggle. The best players of individual competition are recognized Armen Vardanyan from the team of advocates, and  Derenik Uzunyan from the Police. The Chamber of Advocates of the RA also congratulates police colleagues for victory.
