THE LICENCE ACTIVITY OF SAMVEL MARTIROSYAN WAS TERMINATED

By the decision 426-A 24/12/2014 of the Chairman of the Chamber Ara Zohrabyan the license N.347 of advocate Samvel Levon Martirosyan was terminated. By court order Samvel Levon Martirosyan was founded guilty by the 1 point of the 3rd part of the articles 38-34-312 and the 2nd part of the article 178 by Criminal Code and sentenced to imprisonment for a term of 3 years and 6 months. Article 34 of Criminal Code defines the concept of attempt to commit and the article 38 defines the kinds of the crimes.
