The Chamber of Advocates of the Republic of Armenia with the support of the Yerevan office of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe (OSCE) realizes a “Free legal advice” grants program.  

For the participation in the October phase of the program an advocates’ competition is announced.  

The program includes 3 separate components   (directions).

a) free legal advice in regions (component 1),

 b) free legal advice in institutions of criminal administration (component  2),

c) free legal advice to drivers  (component 3).

Component 1.

 In Gegharkunik region for the organization of a visitation and providing free legal advice to citizens the Chamber of Advocates of RA announces a competition: for 2 advocates from Yerevan city, 1 advocate from Gegharkunik region (10-th group).  

     Advocates from Yerevan town and Gegharkunik region, having at least 2 years of advocacy experience on civil matters can take part in the competition.  

Component 2.

During October month for the organization of the visitation to “Hrazdan” institution of criminal administration and the providing of legal advice to the incarcerated, the Chamber of Advocates of RA announces a competition, in order to choose 3 advocates: 2 advocates from Yerevan city, 1 advocate from Kotayk region (10-th group).   

     Advocates from Yerevan city and Kotayk region, having at least 2 years of advocacy experience on criminal matters can take part in the competition.

Component 3.

     During October month the Chamber of Advocates of RA announces a competition for providing free legal advice to drivers, in order to choose 3 advocates (6-th group).  

     Advocates having at least 2 year of advocacy experience on legal administration matters can take part in the competition.

      To take part in the competition it is necessary to present an application (an email), attaching your autobiography   (CV) in English and Armenian languages, sending it to [email protected] or [email protected] 

The applications and the attached documents can be presented to the Chamber of Advocates of RA also in paper format.  

     It is necessary to note in the application the component that the applicant is going to participate in and the region, where he realizes his professional activity.  

     The deadline for the applications acceptance is the 23-rd of September 2016.

     The contents of the “Free legal advice” grants program, the claims to the advocates participating in the program, details concerning to the organization of the competition are presented in the program.
